UrbanData's offerings are based on anonymized data gathered from numerous publishers and data SDK providers, utilizing the device advertising ID as a unique identifier. This ID is adjustable by the user at any time, and we strictly avoid re-identifying individuals through names or phone numbers.

Exclusion of Sensitive Personal Data

UrbanData focuses exclusively on processing user data. We do not collect or store personal information such as names, emails, phone numbers, or residential addresses.

Consumer Opt-Out Policy

UrbanData respects mobile users' choices to exclude user data originating from their devices. We also communicate these preferences to our partners.

Device Opt-Out

This opt-out page is a convenient resource for end-users. However, the opt-out cookie is managed by participating providers, who are responsible for setting and respecting opt-out cookies. UrbanData is not liable for any issues arising from the use of this page or the actions, or lack thereof, of participating providers.

1. Device Settings Opt-Out

Users who prefer not to have their mobile device ID identified can opt-out via their device settings.
For iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising and turn on "Limit Ad Tracking."
For Android: Open the Google Settings App, go to Ads, and enable "Opt out of interest-based advertising."

2. Submit Device Information

Due to the nature of data transmission in our network, we can't guarantee complete removal of your Device ID by our participating providers. However, we acknowledge the importance of privacy and will make all reasonable efforts to remove your device_id from our platform transactions.

To remove your mobile device from the UrbanData platform, please complete our consumer opt-out form below.

Common Invalid Inputs Include:

  • Improper or incorrect DeviceID entries

  • Submissions containing irrelevant information such as email, name, device name, or any arbitrary string
